Holidays

Wow that holiday was very enjoyable. I had a game of rugby. We went down to Hunterville to play Hunterville. The game was very exciting because if you won you get a trophy. It was a tight game we won. Lots of people weren’t expecting us to win because they are the top team. We were celebrating. I bet with someone we were going to win. He had to give me $10 but he didn’t give it but I didn’t really care. It was very fun. I wanted to play again. I really enjoyed my holidays.

Week 2 Reflection

What: Yesterday afternoon we had our rippa rugby session and we played a game of rippa rugby and it was fun. There were lots of penalties given, most of the penalties were given to our team. I enjoyed the session. On Wednesday we walked to our badminton session. First we played a game where we buddied up with a classmate then we had to split up on a court from end to end and the man in the middle threw the shuttles in the middle and you and your classmate had to run for it and who ever got the most won. After we did that we had to see how many hits we we could do. We had to buddy up again and hit the shuttle to each other. After that we had a game of three on three.

So What: I have learnt that in rippa if you get ripped you have to pass the ball before you put your rip on. In badminton I learnt how to hit the shuttle correctly.

Now What: My goal in rippa is not to give away penalties and to listen to instructions.

Badminton

Yesterday we walked to our badminton session. First we played a game where you had to buddy up with a person and we had to split up on each side of the court and the man in the middle through shuttles in the middle and you and your buddy had to chase for it. When you get them you put them in a pile. The next bit was we had to hit and see how many hits we can get with the racket and shuttle. We had a game of three on three. My team won.
