Week 7 Reflection

What: This week we went to the last Boys and Girls gym club session. They were really cool sessions it was fun because we got to go on all of the objects/ equipment. It was funny because Costello was climbing across the bar and then he fell off and done a back flip on accident. On Monday morning we had Ms O'Connor to talk about our school logo. On Monday afternoon we had assembly it was very short, we did 2 songs and we did our habits of mind. The habit of mind was gathering data through all senses.

So What: I've learnt how to make a big plan about my monster in topic writing and do more things at the gym.

Now What: My goal is to get a chance card in jump jam.

Adjectives

 In class we a learning to use meaningful adjectives. This is my story.

On Saturday we played rugby. It was very easy. We played Taihape but the Taihape team was annoying because they kept jumping on me in the ruck. I got a sore head because I went to lay the dirty ball and the Taihape team was jumping on me. So I went off the muddy field with a sore head. I went back on in the next 5 minutes. I jumped back on and scored 6 stunning tries and we thrashed them 68-14.

One Goat To Give Away

We have been learning to share our thoughts about the story.
We read One Goat To Give Away.
I liked the story because the goat had really clever thoughts in her head. Milly the goat discovered that if she jumped on to the pigsty roof and the onto the garage she walk on the top of the hedge and drop into the vegetable garden.
I didn't like the part when mum saw an advertisement in the newspaper Goat To Give Away to a good home. I think it's boring.

Week 3 Reflection

What: On Thursday we did finger print making and I made a tree, after that we went to Room 12 to do  buddy art and it was fun, my buddy wanted to use blue and white. First she did the blue then after that she put a little bit of white on it, then blended it in together. We went to the Olympic Bus because we have been learning about the Olympics. In the bus we had to answer some questions on a sheet. There were lots of touch phones and ipads. This week we did Kapa Haka and we got a new teacher aide his name is Mr O'Donnell.

So What: This week I have been learning to use capital letters and full stops and use adjectives in my writing.

Now What: My goal is to finish my work on time and don't waste time.
